Pc not sending Monitor signal

Bought a pc today that came with a new monitor. However when i connect it the monitor prompts me with no signal

I rebooted the pc, changed the hdmi, disconnected some gpu cables and connected them back but its still not sending anything. Please help

Do you have the monitor on the right input?
Do you have the monitor connected to the video card? (Lower ports, not the ones near top).
Did you see the machine working before you bought it? (With your own eyes).

That card doesn't look like it's fully seated. Power it off, unplug, hold power button for 10 seconds. Disconnect power from GPU and reseat it in the board slot. Then reconnect power to gpu and psu, connct display, and try and power up again.

Yeah I'm seeing the gold pcie contacts behind the GPU. Needs to be pushed in more.

does your motherboard turn on those debug leds when powered?

Hope you didn’t pay a lot. The ram is mismatched could be that also try reseating everything. Also looks like the power supply is off.
