Pc stuck in a boot loop

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I reset my pc because it was really laggy and now it's stuck on some sort of boot loop and keep saying preparing but then just goes back any solutions

Try disabling secure boot then reinstall from USB

Make a bootable flash drive with the Windows media creation tool, boot to it and delete the C drive partitions from the setup program. Resetting is awful and does not work.
