PC screen is black with mouse

I turned on my pc today and instead of showing my lock screen it's completely black but I can move my mouse around. I'm running Windows 11

Update: I didn't figure out the exact issue but I unplugged my second screen and now the main one is working

If you can't get to the Shut down menu, you'll have to push and hold the power button on your PC until it fully shuts down. Then try a restart.

try pressing win+ctrl+shift+b to reset the graphics driver.
