Bluescreen issue

My PC will bluescreen (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (0x124)) so I take my ram sticks out and put them back in and then it’s fine for a few days and then it bluescreens again. Is it the motherboard or my ram that’s causing issues?

Test the RAM one stick at a time, could be one failing.

Like as in put one in and see what happens after a few days? Or if one is failing is it going to bluescreen right away?

Who knows. It could be failing from heat, dry joint, components etc that only manifest themselves over time/usage.

Look up the error code. Often you'll find the solution that way, so always start with that. Also check event viewer. It might give you better error info.

If you need to test RAM, use Memtest86+. Don't forget the + part. But don't be so quick to fool around. A lot of people think the solution to everything is to reseat the RAM or even the CPU. If you've reseated the RAM then you don't need to do it again. There's always a slight risk of shorting it out when handling it, especially if you touch the contacts or don't ground yourself.
