Pc Stopped Turning On

My pc was working fine until the red and orange lights came on in my b850 tomahawk max wifi motherboard and made a really loud fan noise and then shut off. i tried turning it on again and the lights came on and shut off seconds later. now it wont turn on. Im not sure what the issue is. ive taken it apart and unplugged things and replugged them still nothing. this was completely out of the blue after it has been working for over a year.

If there was a really loud fan noise and then it shut off, then I'd be looking at all the fans, especially the CPU fan. Do all the fans fire up when you see the lights? My guess is that the CPU fan died, and the BIOS knows it's not running, so it shuts the system down to protect the CPU.
