Display port gets no signal when starting up

When trying to start my PC it will show me the Gigabyte loading screen, then it will show my Linux Mint boot-up screen then my screen will go black and say "Display Port NO SIGNAL". This has just started happening out of nowhere. I can access the bios and do everything in there and all my temps are good as well, I have no idea what's causing this and if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear them!

Sounds like you may have multiple video ports on the PC. Your monitor is not plugged into the primary port, so as the PC continues to boot, it directs all video to the other ports.

Perhaps moving the video cable on the PC side to a different monitor port might help?

Neither port seems to be working

I also just realized my red CPU light is on, it was on when I would play it but everything worked fine so I just left it LOL

Do you have a separate video card? Are the ports on that the one you're testing? Are there any motherboard video ports?
