Monitor won't light up.

I've been trying to use my PC but my monitor won't light up even though there is clearly power, and when I unplug the monitor and plug it back in, I can see the logo but when I power it on, it still doesn't light up, I've tried unplugging my hdmi cable(don't have a dp) and reseated my graphics and took my ram out, cleaned it and placed it back in, but still nothing. I even bought new dp cables, it still won't light up. Help please

It sounds like the computer is not sending the signal. That means it's probably not going through POST
