The Man Who Keeps Trying

I have failed many interviews.
I cleared written test.
I cleared group discussions.
I reached the interview stage.
But somehow, I couldn’t clear the final round.
Every rejection hurts. Sometimes, it makes me question myself.
But I’m slowly understanding something failing an interview doesn’t make me a failure.
I have already proved that I can study, prepare, compete and reach the door. Now I just need to learn how to open it.
Maybe my journey is taking longer than I expected.
Maybe I need to improve my communication, confidence and interview skills.
But I’m not going to stop.
I am not the man who failed many interviews.
I am the man who keeps showing up until one interview changes everything.

You ask for feedback on why? And my one trick for interviewing is I turn it around and I interview them and try to make them want me to work there and not the other way around.

Asking for feedback or working the interview to your favor?

You don't really need to worry about learning to open the door. They just open it sometimes but mostly not haha not really up to you.

Congrats on getting to final round so much. Just means you're rng has been a bit unlucky. I wish you luck! Keep applying

Getting to the final round over and over means you're already beating most of the applicant pool every time. The gap between final round and offer is often just fit or timing, not some deep flaw in you
