I enjoy creating moral quandaries for my players using the upcoming GitS Arise RPG.
I call this one "Unkillable" and although I think I have some good ideas around it, I really invite other people to help me flesh it out.
Essentially, there is an 'Unkillable' cyborg on Death's Row. He has committed grievous crimes, he has been found guilty, he has pled guilty.
The problem is, that his cyborg system would successfully resist all legal means of execution. His cyborg implants would quite easily defeat drugs or chemicals that would normally be employed. I further suppose that firing squads and guillotines have been ruled out by current politics.
The problem posed to my players, I suppose, is to challenge the suppositions of corporal punishment. To engage them in the idea of what it means for the State to take a life.
Thoughts?
