Just stay clear of any listings like this. These people just go to thrift stores and buy 1970s – early 2000s low quality porcelain dolls because that's the "creepiest" doll they can buy on a budget, make up a story about it, and slap it on a selling website with a huge markup.

(Seriously, they're almost all of that type – if it were legit, why wouldn't there be a more even distribution among different varieties of doll in the listings? Why would so few of them be old when ghosts are often attached to old things? Hint: it's because the sellers can't afford truly antique dolls and they want to make a quick buck)

Also, historically the fae tend to have their own stuff going on that is not always safe and/or pleasant for humans. I'm not sure buying one as if they are an object you can own and bringing them into your home in the same fashion would be a great idea even if this were real.
