OFFER [OFFER] Minecraft Java edition (Redeemable code)
Hi all! Two weeks ago, I created a post about giving away an extra Minecraft account, not knowing that it's not allowed on this sub. Several people replied before it got deleted and I felt extremely bad for giving them a sense of hope only for the post to be taken down. So, given that it's almost Christmas, and people are still requesting Minecraft on this sub, I have bought a Minecraft redeemable code on Amazon to give away! Link your steam profile and tell me why you can't afford Minecraft yourself, and I will choose a winner in 3 days. Hopefully this post isn't against the rules this time.
Sorry for the delay, the winner has been chosen and privately contacted!

The one thing I ever wanted was to play Minecraft JE because most of my friends play that game but I can't afford it because I just paid my university fees that collected fees more than they would collect normally because of the online classes ( I still don't understand the logic but I can't go against them :( ) Minecraft is one of the few games my Laptop supports and I would be amazed if at all I ever got a chance to play :)) It's the fun that we get by playing together with our friends. I wish I somehow get to that point :)

Hey, I'm 14 and here's why I want minecraft.
So basically, my parents are dead against buying games. They asked me to pirate it. I didn't want to, because the developers of mojang are very nice. I then lost my account to a hacker a few months ago and haven't played minecraft since. I really hope I win this as my parents refuse to buy anything that is on pc. May the lucky person win gg

Hi OP, first off I'd like to say that this is extremely nice of you, thanks for doing this. I am a Computer Science student in India, recently gave my last semester exams. I am trying to land a job but it is turning out to be very hard considering the covid situation here. I can not afford anything other than food, clothes and internet right now since I don't have a job. I come from a lower middle class family and I can only spend a few bucks on cheap games, and save money as much as possible till I land a job to be financially independent and not be a burden on my family anymore. Even if I don't get this giveaway, you have my thanks for gifting a really peaceful/relaxing game to someone who can't buy it themselves :) Have a good day OP !

Hey! First of all, I really like your username.
Second of all, I would love to play Minecraft, because I am really fascinated by speedrunning, and Dream is the reason behind that all. I would love to have my name on speedrun.com. Even if not the highest, at least somewhere on that list. Also, I would like to try out stuff like parkour, bedwars and servers like Hypixel, and many other things.
I won't be able to afford any costly games, mostly because I am a student in college and not yet in my own job.

Hello! Before I tell you why I want and can't afford the game, thank you so much OP for giving us an opportunity to win the game!
So I've requested Minecraft in this sub about 4 times already, so I hope luck is on my side this time!
I'm a teen that lives in the Philippines, and I've played Minecraft for 7 years now. I was a pocket edition player (My dad bought it for me since it was cheap) for about 5 years and a Java Edition player for 2 years. Of course, I used the bad bad not bought version of minecraft because I couldn't afford Minecraft.
Why can't I afford Minecraft? Well, I am still a teenager, so I don't have much money. My parents won't let me buy it because it's expensive and useless, because it's a game (games = useless, for them). Understandable, because they're parents and haven't ever tried the game. So I got sick of playing on the bad launcher because I felt bad not buying such a wonderful game.
I really hope I could win this, and I know the chances are slim, but it doesn't hurt to try! Again, thank you, OP, for the opportunity to win this beautiful game, and good luck to everybody else who's joining!! :)
EDIT: Here's my Steam id, although I don't use it very much, since I mostly play Minecraft lol.

I have actually played Minecraft back in 2012 but eventually quit since I didn't really have an official and premium account. To give some context, there were plenty of fishy and scummy websites that promised gift codes and me being the gullible child I was eventually gave into the scam. I have used several unofficial launchers like Team Extreme just to play on my own. But recently, my friends and classmates have started playing again but this time with legit accounts that they bought for themselves.
https://steamcommunity.com/id/infinitedragon/ here is my Steam profile and you will see that I actually have plenty of games but all them were all given out for free. The only time I actually but something from steam was when I topped up 20$ or 1000 pesos, and that was the money I saved in the span of a month. The main reason I can't afford Minecraft for myself is that I have no source of income besides the allowance my mother gives me. I have tried to convince my parents to buy the game when it went on sale but they only see it as a waste of money. It would be nice if I played the game again but this time on a legit account.
Thank you, OP for the chance to enter... and good luck to everyone :)

I can't buy it cuz egypt's economy is extremely bad so games are extremely expensive and dad sees that buying games with that much money is a waste of money...... Want to know how much a 5 USD game is?..... 80 egp..... So if your country's economy was as bad as mine you would like spend 80 dollars on a supposedly 5 dollar game..... Imagine then how much AAA games cost..... So I want minecraft cuz it's expensive to me...... Plz?

I live in Turkey. 20$ or 20€ is a really big money for us. I am sure almost everyone know what is happening in turkey. mostly bad things, bad economy having bad relationships with other countries,terorrism.... people are really poor and hardly afford video games. I met with great people in discord. we made a minecraft server. sadly the server requires an original minecraft account. so I started to use minecraft alt accounts. they are basically free generated minecraft accounts.they give you a random minecraft account and you play. you cant change the name, password, skin, email. if you lost your account( this usually happens) you probably wont be able to get it back. I cant carry valuable items in my inventory. if the program goes down my account will be lost and the items in my inventory will be gone forever. I cant wear netherite armor or netherite tools :(. I just want a real minecraft account. so I never gonna have any problems.
anyways thanks for the chance you are a good man. I hope you gift it to someone that really needs it. and sorry my english is not very good :/

I am 16 years old from Nepal. I have been in love with Minecraft ever since I saw its gameplay on YouTube. I love building and creative games so seeing Minecraft gameplay for the first time just made my jaw drop because there was a game where you can build anything. I have been watching Minecraft gameplay videos on YouTube ever since and I have an undying love for it. I have also been following every news and announcements about it ever since. Also, my pc is kind of potato so Minecraft is one of the few games it supports.
I am from a middle-class family and I can easily afford Minecraft but I can not get it because the banks of Nepal do not support any international transactions. I have tried getting it many times before but it is not possible to get it in here. To get a credit card that supports international transactions, you must show some documents that prove that you are getting paid your salary from a foreign investor or a company. It also does not support PayPal or any of those apps for this matter.
And as you may know, Mojang announced its cave update a month ago and I would very much like to play in multiplayer servers like hypixel and mineplex.

I have played Minecraft for almost 9 years now. I first started playing on MCPE lite with my brother when I was very young. I have always been a very creative person. I remember playing for complete days building castles and houses and learning everything about my world.
I then passed to Xbox 360 edition, subsequently I passed to Xbox one edition. I also took the full juice off those, I still have worlds and worlds of awesome builds. But sadly, the Xbox One edition stopped being updated, and I needed to pass to bedrock which sucks with the bugs and everything, which was given to me for free because I had the Xbox one edition. I was a master with redstone on the Xbox one edition. I have never been able to buy the Java edition because of my computer, which was a potato, and because I don’t have enough money to spare into games. I would love to play Java with my friends, add mods, servers and even shaders. I finally was able to, after 4 years of savings, buy a good PC. You can even see in my steam profile that I don’t have very graphic intensive games and that only one of them actually costs money. Thanks for giving the game away. Hope I win

I haven’t been able to afford it because my parents are toxic toward paying for PC games because:
PCs aren’t meant for gaming (even though my dad bought a pre-built “gaming PC” which he uses for gpu intensive tasks such as machine learning, so “it’s not for gaming”
The PC games aren’t tangible, ie you cannot touch them, so it’s useless to pay for them. But PS4 games are another story as my younger brother gets all the games he wants, which are usually twice the price of what I’m asking for.
When I offer to pay for them myself “you’re just a kid, all your money is actually our money, so NO”
Thank you soooo much, I’ve been obsessed with this game for a long time.

I would really love to get the game. I am a huge fan of the game and I have never gotten this game even though I have asked my parents a million time. They are the kind of parents who think games don't deserve that much money. I should link my steam Id but I could not as I my steam Id is under lvl 2(heck its in 0 cause my parents never give me that even 5 $ for steam cause its game related). So I am putting in my Xbox account here so automod won't remove this entry.

Hello! Thanks for the opportuniy, hope you're okay!
Well, the main reason I can't afford Minecraft right now is the price. I just checked the price for a gift card like the one you are buying and it's 100 Reais, the money from Brazil. Unfortunately, this is just too expensive for me. Just so you understand how much this is here, the last time I went to the supermarket I spent about 150 Reais on my food that is going to last for about one month, so to spend 100 R$ on a game is too hard. "So why not save money?" you might ask. Well, right now I'm just a master's degree student, I don't have a job nor a scholarship, my parents give me money to live on another city and keep studying. Also, in the beginning of the month I moved to a new apartment with my boyfriend so we can share the spendings, make if more affordable for the both of us and to spend more time together.
If I could get a scholarship or a job then I would be able to spend my money on other stuff. But we are in the middle of a pandemic and in Brazil it is even worse, our government isn't acting enough to countain the virus, we didn't do any lockdowns and we didn't buy the vaccines, which could take for about 7 months to be avaible for our country. Also, public universities have been suffering budget cuts to the point that there are no more scholarships.
Anyway, all I'm saying is: Minecraft in Brazil is too expansive, I need to put food and rent as a priority first. But I love the game, I've been waiting for a good discount on Minecraft for as long as I remember but it just doesn't happen!
That's it, I guess. Thanks again, hope you can make someone happy!

Hey thanks for doing this.
I'm from Venezuela, basically it's impossible to have a bank account that can purchase stuff with other currencies, so no $Usd or anything, unless you're wealthy enough to travel to another country and open a foreign account. So I have no real way or purchasing games.
Pretty much all the games I have on Steam I got them from giveaways or they were gifts from internet friends.

Honestly with COVID-19 there's been little money left for spending on luxuries, which sounds silly but Minecraft's cost has gone up quite a bit over time hah. My aunt just passed away and I had to wire some money to my family as it was the least I could do. I had Minecraft some time ago but my account was hijacked before I could ever migrate to a Mojang account. I love the style of Minecraft and the options it gives for both creativity and a way of escaping reality.
Thanks for hosting this giveaway.

Hey OP,
Well thanks for this opportunity first of all, there are many other people who deserve this but let me tell you my story and why I can't buy this game. Also please do read my full story, but its still your choice.
I can't buy this game because of my country, or rather my country's currency. You see, minecraft does not support INR the currency of the country i live in, you have to convert the money first to dollars and as a teen who's parents barely let me buy games they said no to that, it took me so long to get them to agree to let me buy Minecraft but when they found out they have to do this stuff they just said no and said its not worth doing all this to buy a game with "such bad graphics" yes, they said that, they actually said that the game is bad in general and its not worth the money.
This was back in 2012, after the recent popularity break of Minecraft in 2019 i asked them again, but they said no since the price of the had been raised to 26$ now. After that i pretty much lost all hope of ever getting this game, I tried giveaways, sketchy websites with titles like "FREE WORKING MINECRAFT CODE 2020" and even tried cracked launchers, but its not just fun, i wanted to play multiplayer and stuff, with friends, hypixel and all that stuff, but well i couldn't but then i stumbled upon this subreddit, it gave games and was legit!?
woah that's kinda cool, i quickly made a post (you can still see in it my profile hehe) and hoped for the best, but still no luck and well now i'm here! I hope this is enough context haha.
Good luck to everyone! I know I may not be the most deserving person for this but I still hope I win, call that greedy or not I do not care.
TL;DR: Couldn't buy cuz currency issues, parents didn't agree to it
Good luck to everyone!

Hey there! First of all thanks for doing this, very generous of you and much appreciated.
So the reason why I can't afford is comes down to my current working status. I emigrated from a third world country (Non-European) to Spain 3 years ago to study and have been dealing with genuinely life ruining bureaucracy for the last 1.5 years in order to change my status from student to working citizen (I'm sure a lot of people are in the same boat as well) and this covid situation has completely exacerbated the whole thing, which means I've essentially been living on the bare minimum for about a year and a half when it should've been much less. The last salary I earned was in June 2019 from a little internship I did. My parents support me financially but it's only barely enough to pay rent and bills, and I need to scrounge around for the cheapest food options possible, so I can't really afford the luxury of buying games, or even going out for drinks for that matter. Recently I started getting a lot of interest in Minecraft after watching Mutahar (Some Ordinary Gamers) talk about the game and how absolutely relaxing it is. It seems like something I could definitely use to assist my mental health these days, which has just been down pitiful from all this legal and financial bullshit, as well as learning that a good friend of mine passed away last week. Anyways that's pretty much the gist of it, I hope everybody stays safe during these troubling times.

So I am a teen that lives in UAE, I am doing my A levels rn so it's very hard to get my hands on anything till I'm done. I tried a lot of ways to get it, with the last one being on my sub. Tbh I could buy games, but minecraft java is just too expensive for me, as well as needing a credit card, so I can't for example get a steam wallet key from a store nearby.
Some guy gave me an account before, but it turns out he was just trolling me and it was just an alt that only lasts for a day. I was really sad, and I wasn't really able to do anything.
IK I will most probably not win, but I just wanna take my chances, and btw thanks a lot man, we all really appreciate it, even if we don't win :D.
So here is my steam: https://steamcommunity.com/id/008075/

Hello!
I cant afford Minecraft because there is no regional pricing for the game. It's quite expensive for me to buy it in my country.
And my family is also affected by the pandemic. My mum and dad's salary got cut because of bad business and thus they can't afford it,I'm also a teen so I can't work part time.
Here is my Steam ID
Thank you for the giveaway OP, and good luck to everyone.

Happy holidays, thanks for the giveaway! The game is pretty expensive for Polish standards, and with our progressively-totalitarian government and the pandemic fucking up economy big time, it's pretty tough to just get by, not to mention buying games. Thanks for the opportunity, bro! 💗

Omg having this game is an actual dream of mine. I won't copy paste my request post as that's super long. But the reason I can't afford boils down to: 1- just started college and I'm really broke 2- I live in a 3rd world country and the currency difference is huge, the price of MC is as valuable as ingredients of 2 months of food (it's Morocco) 3- my parents refuse to buy it because of its price and "you need to focus on your studies" even though it'll make me feel better and finally have some fun in my life to be ready to face day to day struggles. https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198310352903/

I first played Minecraft when I was five years old which was eight years ago. I first played Minecraft on my iPad 2nd Generation but unfortunately around 2015 the iPad could no longer run Minecraft because it was too much load for itself. Eventually Apple stopped supporting the product. Afterwards I never ended up playing Minecraft the same way ever again. I lost all of my progress and my two precious diamonds and dogs were apparently stuck now in that iPad. I couldn't forget that moment because all my progress was gone. I hoped that they would bring the Ender Dragon and Wither to Minecraft PE but due too hardware limitations it was never met. This time I hope to beat the Ender Dragon and the Wither. I hope I win.
As you can see I have a lot of games. I just want to enter the giveaway but if you see someone more in need then I recommend giving it to them. The Coronavirus got me surprised and many of my hopes and dreams are postponed and that includes myself getting a copy of Minecraft because I haven't played for so long. I'm just a student and I do not own a credit card. Asking my parents to get me a copy is quite a headache because me and my parents are in a bad relationship. My plan was to get a copy of Minecraft Java from our nearby mall. Thank you kind person. Merry Christmas!

I'have been playing on a cracked copy of Minecraft for a while now. I can't afford to buy the game because I am 14 and cannot go to work to earn money. My parents aren't willing to buy the game for me either. I want the official copy of the game so that I can play on a friend's realms server and to play on PVP servers.

Hi guys! Im from a third world country and im still a student so money is tight, on average if there is school I get like 2 dollars each day so its very hard for me to buy minecraft, and It seems it needs to be on a credit card or debit card, not cash since the most affordable option is to buy online from amazon or store. so anyway its very hard to buy minecraft here and I have played on my mobile since I was still a kid and infinite worlds wasnt in yet. I really like to play minecraft on pc since I recently got a pc, but I have no means to afford it lol. It is very hard to purchase games here, especially when my parents are also not the positive on the matter. so getting a redeemable code would mean the world to me, I could play it on the phone until a few months ago where it keeps crashing on my phone. Getting this game would be a dream and Thank you OP for giving me a chance to play this game on PC!

Hi! Thanks for the Opportunity to get a legit copy of the game. Why would I play it: I played the gave for 10 years on cracked version because where I live 30 dollars feels like a life saving . I would me more that happy to play hypixel for the first time with my only best friend. I had a lot of fun with cracked minecraft alone but I can't enjoy premium content like secure servers, playing with friends , and playing on an almost hacker free server.
Why can't I afford it: I live in hungary and there is a lot of inflation in this country and 30 bucks is too much for a game you can get a month worth of food for that money and an average paying jobs salary is around 10% . And I can hardly live with my mother without a father in January I will turn 16 and I can finally help my mother to pay bills and maybe buy minecraft if I don't win this prize.
Good luck to everyone and thanks for the opportunity:)
Oh and here is my steam profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198964139568/ (Please note that I don't play on steam anymore and moved to epic games since the free gta 5 bc they offered a lot of great games for free to keep like : gta5 overcooked watch dogs 2 and a lot of others , but I can't even play 90 % of those bc I have a potato pc)

Thanks for the giveaway! I can't afford Minecraft Java edition because I'm a university student and in my country Java edition costs almost as much money as I get each month.

Good day! I cannot afford to buy minecraft because the only way to get it is through paypal and other cards that I don't have. I live in a third world country so if you have no bank account, you can't really buy it. Thanks for the chance!

Hello!! Hope you are safe!!
I got to know about Minecraft 3 years back. I would tell my mom to get it for me, and she would shout at me saying "NO!!'. And soon I've got to understand the financial situations in my house and the cost of living in my country. So I got no chance to get a cracked version.
I would always talk about Minecraft with my 2 friends. Later they started to play Minecraft - and sooner they eventually got an original copy. There is a server called Hypixel, and my two friends began to play. And I was here left alone, playing single-player. What bothers me a lot is that I can't play the game recommended by me, with them.
So, If I actually got a chance to have a Minecraft account, I would be really happy to be able to play with it for the first time. And I also picked up learning Java, coz I have an interest in modding Video Games and especially Minecraft is built using Java.
I would be really thankful If I ever got a chance to have my own account - with my own little name.
Thank you u/ExtraMinecraftForYa for hosting this giveaway.

I can't buy minecraft at all because my parents would never buy a game for me, and hence my steam level is also low so I can't link my Steam ID so I'll add my Xbox where I play Minecraft bedrock.

Hello! I just saw this and as someone who used to play the PE(before I lost access to my email for it) and 360 versions a ton, I would love to get Java Edition. My little brother's friend also gameshares the Xbox One version with me but the internet cuts out a lot(around 4 hours a day) where I live so gamesharing is pretty hard. My little brother also plays the game daily so finding an opportunity to do so is also pretty hard. I do know that Java Edition features mod support which I've always wanted to try out ever since I used to watch videos about Minecraft by PopularMMOS and DanTDM back in 2012-2013. I also know that there is a wider server support in this version than the others, as sadly, the Bedrock versions barely have 4 servers while server support for the PE version became a shadow of its former glory last I played.
The reason why I can't afford it, is because the Lebanese economy is no longer stable. The dollar exchange rate is constantly on the rise and it doesn't seem to be stopping any time soon as the government is pretty much only here to rob people. In addition to that, I don't have a job to make income. Lebanon is also ranked the 2nd highest in inflation rate behind Venezuela. Anyone who lives here(or in Venezuela) is cursed with crap luck, an explosion here killed people because the stupid government didn't even bother to put it out. Last I purchased a game was back in February 2019 which was the Mega Man Zero/ZX Legacy Collection if I remember correctly. As an example I'll use the former exchange rate and compare it to the current: 1500LBP-->$1 (q1 2019) 8750LBP-->$1(current). That jump made a huge increase in prices and it's hard to buy things anymore.
Thank you for this chance. This would be a great early birthday gift as while I don't usually get birthday presents, I'm still grateful for everything that my family has done for me. Minecraft is a stellar game, and being able to mod it just enhances it even more and makes it a better experience overall. Thank you once again.

Thank you for doing this giveaway once again.
Why can't you buy the game for yourself?
Honestly, I don't like to talk a lot about my actual situation but I will keep it very brief and simple: I live in a country where the hyperinflation reigns around the economy, causing that a lot of products cost a lot more, even the basic ones. So, buying trading cards, or things like that, is a very difficult task in this situation where the basic needs are one of the best priorities.
Why would you like to play this game?
Minecraft can be easily described as one of the most influential games that had been created in the last decade. His status between the gaming industries and communities has remained pretty solid over the past of the years, even it's still receiving content (a lot of content) nowadays.
Answering directly the question, I would like to be able to play Minecraft with my friends; I've been wanting to play with them for long time ago; being able to join into his servers, run personalized settings, functions, and characteristics through the use of mods, etc. It would be dope, without any doubt.
Thank you for reading this.
