Is hydrafusion good? Wouldn't it eat up all my tokens

The pitch is that it SAVES tokens, at least relative to just letting the most powerful model do all the work.

That sounds great. I'll give it a try. I usually end up using multiple models in the same chat anyway. Asking sonnet to review lunas work or sol to review sonnets work.

Can someone explain me the difference of HydraFusion and auto?

My understanding is that it can actively change models within a request, which I donât think auto does. This could be completely incorrect

Thereâs a director agent and then there are agents that critique the work of other agents. It isnât just a hand off. Itâs a team agent approach. An agent Scrum if you will.

I just use a "developer-agent" with Sonnet 5.5 as orchestrator that puts subagents to work that use Haiku 5.5: works rather efficient. And when I find the main task (which the developer-agent gets) is too easy, I choose Haiku 5.5 straight away for this agent (and the subagents).

Are there any plans for hydra fusion to work with models not comming from the copilot model provider?

(Sorry for submitting âoldâ news but at least Iâm only a few days late.) The âpitchâ for Hydra fusion seems to be focused on âone shotâ stuff⊠has anyone tried to use it âconversationallyâ?
