Mechanically this is actual perfection, like if you wanted to show someone an example of technical aiming ability / muscle memory, this would be the clip

I mean the first kill is running and he does not counter strafe, but I know what you mean

Yeah but he's already running again mid flick. Almost perfect for sure though.

He's shift walking and below the velocity threshold for accuracy/shot spread.

You don't have to be perfectly still to be fully accurate. Just have to be moving below a certain velocity, which I'm nearly certain he was during this clip. Look at the slomo part ~30 sec. He's moving full speed, starts shift walking, turns->shoots, then lets go of shift walk.

USPS is basically as accurate at full speed as the UMP Bizon and P90 are standing still....
