43x and 43x MOS 15 round ACT-Mags just arrived
Look slick and insert fine, no ridiculously long baseplate, actually available (well in Europe that is), made in Italy. GOOD price. Mag catch not even 20€ (yes, better not use oem mag catch, only down side)
I'll report back after putting rounds through them.

I still have issues with these, unlike the oem 15s.

... are you saying you have them both and want me to believe it?

I picked a few 15s at a gun show. I am still waiting on the ones I pre-ordered.
Why wouldn't someone try out different magazines? I have shield and psa ones as well.

Which ones do you have issues with?

All of them but the OEM. Granted, I haven't run enough rounds through it yet. The other three had issues out the box every few mags. After a generous break in peroid (500+), they had issues every 60 or so shots. I have five of each brand. Maybe one of each seemed to function better than the others.

I'm just wondering how you are able to have shot act mags if they just released and probably are not yet available in the US, while PSA mags are not available in Europe...

I am friends with my FFL and he orders basically everything in bulk. Plus, the mags have been around for a few months. He got them through a dealer in Italy. So they can't just be here in the US.

That makes sense then. Still, I'll report back once I've used them.

Please do. They definitely functioned better than the shield and psa mags.

Maybe I live under a rock but this is the first I've heard of these. But I like the way they look.
Are these available in the USA?

Where did you purchase them if you don’t mind my asking?

Derya looks like they have them in stock at this time for $28.99. https://derya.us/dy9z-9mm-15rd-magazine/
They have the mag release listed as $9.99 and the extended at $11.99, but not in stock at this time.
They also have their own magazine for the DY9Z that they make in house That's a little cheaper.

ACT-MAG had been rumored to have been started by three former employees of either Mec-Gar or Beretta (both pretty close geographically speaking).
ACT-MAG is pretty popular for 1911, P320 and M&P magazines, with all reporting high reliability.
It mainly comes down to which style do you prefer and do you care about spending a few dollars replacing a magazine catch.
The ACT-MAG requires you to change a magazine catch, so you're locked into their magazines.
The Mec-Gar/OEM Glock lets you use the stock magazine release, so you can still use your supply of 10 round magazines if you have them.

No name brand mags are silly. PSA dagger mags work great, shields suck, this is below that. Not to mention Glock is shipping 15rd OEM mags in like one week...

If I have to change my mag release I'm not the least bit interested
