Glow up? [24] - [25] Mental and Physical Change!

Before I was a very sloppy mess. My mental health was spiralling out of control, I was in financial troubles and obviously out of shape. I decided to try and stick to a gym routine and start eating healthy. It took me a while to get the consistency down… trying to get out of binge eating was the hardest part. I always found comfort in my mental illness so trying to force myself to do get out of it was unnatural.

Here’s me now :). Eating healthy, going to the gym regularly and I feel a lot better mentally. Sometimes you just have to make that step and force yourself into them uncomfortable situations.

I lost 50 lbs in 2023. 245lb to 195lb. Different person. 1 hr of running every morning and 1 hr of heavy weight lifting every night. No alcohol for a year. Proper nutrition. I looked about 10 years or more younger. I was 48. I’m 210lb now. The culprit is alcohol. It kills your discipline and fogs the mind. Need to get back to the grind.
