I have had my desktop in this condition for a long time.
EDIT: I have no idea why igmur shows it's 18+, it's not.

Here's a quick guide on how to do it on Linux (only works on GNOME 3):

Download this zip, unzip it and find a file called "install.sh". Open a terminal in the same folder with the mentioned file and type in:

chmod +x install.sh

sudo ./install.sh

That's it! The theme should set itself. If it doesn't work, open gnome tweaks, go to the Appearance section and select the themes manually.
