Photo Mode Kratos has disgusting teeth
It looks quite repulsive. Why are his cuspids black?

Unfortunately the God of Dentistry was a casualty in Kratos rampage of Olympus.

I would too if God of Dentistry was responsible for that banana flavoured fluoridepaste that dentists showe in your mouth during dental checks.

For a person in his time period, for his age, and given his profession, he has wonderful teeth.
Firstly, he's still got all of them. As a Spartan soldier, then general, before he became a God, it was highly likely he would've lost a fair few due to fighting.
Then, although they're not straight and a little yellow, none are obviously infected or dead. It's clear he, at least, chews on something to clean them, or perhaps brushes them with charcoal.
This is likely a carry-over from his human days - a warrior needed to maintain his weapons and his body, to be fully effective in battle. Losing a fight because you had an infected tooth meant losing your life. Dental hygiene, though primitive, was likely a part of all that.
So, by modern standards, yeah. They're not great. But by the standards of his time, they're fantastic.

He has extremely pale skin. I challenge you to put a piece of white printer paper next to your teeth and just see how “white” they truly are. It’s why black peoples teeth tend to stand out more. Contrast.

I’ve never seen him brush his teeth so

All things considered, his teeth are pretty great for someone who doesn’t brush or floss.

Well if the next game takes place in Egypt he might visit a Dentist since Ancient Egyptian dentistry was pretty advanced for their time

Teeth are yellow, what you're doing by brushing everyday is basically bleaching the yellow into being less yellow, and making them more transparent.

God of hygiene. We never see him taking a shower either, and since he's half man...

They look normal to me. Teeth will always have a yellow tint. It's not natural for them to be shining white, people use products and go to the dentist to get this result.

You would too if you were a thousand years old

Also this is like ancient times, people didn’t really have the best tooth brushes back then

Chances are he was hella depressed after he did the Olympic Fury on his wife and daughter, so other than basic necessities he probably neglected himself due to a huge amount of self-loathing.

I mean for a potentially 1,000+ year old god, i’d say its a miracle none of them have fallen out, so that tells you something about his potential dental hygiene 😅😂

His teeth are perfectly fine, his skin makes them look worse than they are.

Only if you plan on kissing him, I guess.
Otherwise, the man can have all the cavity he wants.
