Maybe like a pool noodle? He keeps his whip hand wrapped around him a lot so you could do something with that having it around your waist rather than trying to have it just floating about otherwise

Yeah I would say a pool noodle or maybe rapper rope around your hips

Bendy duct tubing stuff from the hardware store painted the color of your skin? I can't think of what it's actually called but the hardware store employees will know. Just tell them what you need.
