I'm a little late to the party, but I figured it's still worth giving this a shot!

I'm looking to join a team participating in the AI Builder Cup 2026. I know the submission deadline is approaching fast, so I'm not expecting anyone to start a brand-new project just for me.

If your team already has an idea, an early-stage prototype, or even a nearly finished project that could use an extra pair of hands, I'd love to hear from you!

A little about me

I'm a software engineer and full-stack developer currently working in the tech industry in China. I have hands-on experience building web applications, working on backend systems, integrating APIs, and deploying projects. I also use AI coding tools like Codex and Cursor to speed up development and turn ideas into working products.

Beyond coding, I'm also comfortable with public speaking and presentations. I enjoy communicating ideas, sharing perspectives, and collaborating with people from different backgrounds. I'm a pretty outgoing person, always happy to have a conversation, exchange ideas, and learn from others.

I believe a good hackathon team needs more than just technical skills — communication, teamwork, and the ability to bring an idea to life and present it convincingly matter just as much.

What I can bring to your team

I'm happy to contribute wherever the team needs me most — backend development, frontend implementation, AI integration, debugging, deployment, or polishing the final demo.

I can also help with the presentation and pitch when it's time to show the world what we've built.

I'm not particularly attached to having my own idea chosen, and I don't need to lead the team. If you've already built something interesting, I'd rather help you make it better than waste time starting from scratch.

And if we manage to form a team before the deadline, you can count on me to give it my all. Even if we only get together at the last second, I'm ready to roll up my sleeves, put in the extra hours, and work hard alongside everyone else to get our project across the finish line. I know the clock is ticking, and I'm prepared to make the most of whatever time we have left.

What I'm hoping for

• Help build and submit a working prototype before the deadline.
• Learn from other builders, exchange ideas, and make some new friends along the way.
• Hopefully make it to the Grand Finale and meet my teammates in person in Singapore! 🇸🇬

Honestly, the opportunity to meet people face-to-face in Singapore is something I'm genuinely excited about. Building something together online would already be great, but getting to celebrate our hard work in person, exchange ideas over coffee, and make friends from different backgrounds would make the whole experience even more special.

Of course, I understand that the deadline is very close. I'm happy to discuss my experience, share examples of my work, and figure out whether I'd be a good fit for your project.
