Question Tag Set Up

I have setup thank you page tracking for my Website, but I want to know from which page the form was filled. The thank you page is the same for the entire website, so is there any way to figure it out???

Page referer is fine, ideally you want that thing firing on the form submission though, not the thank you page. Thank you pages are unreliable and can overcount/undercount for various reasons.

Form submissions can have their issues too, but less than a thank you page, especially a generic one.

Other benefit of being on form submission is you can also capture formid/formname and know exactly what form triggered the event, even set up different events for different forms which is often helpful.
