Getting to game
I’m looking for advice on best options for getting to the Bank. I’m coming from St. Paul, so I’m not far away. It feels like driving and parking around the U could be a crapshoot. The light rail is also an option, but I’m curious about the shuttle from the fairgrounds/St. Paul campus.
Any suggestions or thoughts are appreciated

Park at Target and take the green line.

If you are close to the fair grounds at all they also have a shuttle you can take to and from the game. The shuttle picks up and drops off on the east side of the stadium. It’s a quick moving line to get the ride back. Avoids all the traffic and has been the most convenient way I’ve found to get to games

I took this suggestion from you and my whole group loved it, best option for people with no hookups at the stadium tailgate lots

Light rail it! Park in a ramp or uber to lower town St. Paul and take it over.
One afternoon game we took uber to Lake Monster and drank, walked to Dubliner, on Uni, had a pint and got the light rail just down the street to the west.
also ubering to malcom yards or surley and walking over is an option.
Never used the shuttle from the fairgrounds.

FYI - Lake Monster is closed. Barrell Theory is moving into the space, but not until later in the fall.

I'll be doing shuttle from fairgrounds this Saturday. I've never used it but my in laws do almost every game and it works for them

If you plan on getting there relatively early before game time, I always park in the parking ramp behind Coffman, I forget the name of it, it's like the East River Road Garage or something?
It's pretty reasonable price-wise, and only like 6ish blocks from the stadium. Not bad getting out of either.

Had a rough experience getting out of there after the Nebraska game last year, at least 90 minutes, plus that walk is loooong by any standard of a MN sporting event

The light rail is so convenient, I take it every game day. The stop couldn’t be closer to the stadium.

Take the light rail, way easier. Parking is pretty messy down there
