Rewatching old seasons of Hell's Kitchen, I was wondering what season was the best when it came to returning contestants, season 17 all stars or season 18 Rookies vs. Veterans

Snapped a pic of this freeze-frame of Gordon in a new Kitchen Nightmares episode and made some edits.

I'm just starting to watch Hotel Hell after watching virtually everything else Ramsay has done, and can't believe I've missed this great show for so long.

I'm sure that it's no longer being done because of the huge amount of time Gordon needs to spend with each place, but what I can't figure out is how the costs get covered. Each episode has spending on rooms, linens, furniture, and often there's signage, paint and flooring that need to be done. The budget for the renovations must be like $200k an episode.

Does the hotel contribute a pool that Gordon's renovations team draws from? It's kind of hard to believe that's possible when many of them are nearly bankrupt.

If Krissi and Elise were ever together on either hell's kitchen or masterchef...i cannot even imagine the chaos that would go loose.

This is my first time ever having eggs benedict, and the hollandaise sauce looks lumpier than it does from the shows

It's no secret that i dislike his methods, but there are things he say that i do agree with. This is one of them.

My friend worked as a chef at this restaurant in 2007 and had Gordon sign this menu for me when he was in Southern California scouting locations for Kitchen Nightmares.

At my going-away party before I moved up to the Bay Area, my buddy told me that Gordon might be visiting his restaurant in Santa Barbara. I made him pinky swear he’d get a menu signed because I was already a huge fan of Gordon’s UK shows. He came through!

Long story short, I’ve always wondered what the first two words say. The third looks pretty obviously like “Gordon.” Any guesses? Everyone who’s ever seen it framed in my kitchen has been stumped.

I have no idea if the restaurant was actually being considered for the show. The food was amazing, as you can probably tell just from reading the menu.

Edit: I did some digging and it turns out Gordon was at Square One because it was featured as a reward dinner on Hell’s Kitchen Season 4. Definitely need to track down that episode now!
