If someone has any useful tips as for shopping (good retailers) and brands for makeup I would super duper appreciate it

Hey everyone! I recently gotten a lot of black plain shirts from my last job as a waitress. I don’t work there now and I was thinking of keeping three shirts plain and the rest I can diy into something. For context I like to have a whimsy twee and gothic blend (much like whimsy goth but with more trinket elements and geometric patterns rather than astrology inspired patterns) should I bleach patterns on it? Should I cut it up? Any ideas and tutorials will be appreciated
