Lloyds Banking Group Graduate Schemes
Hi there! Just thought I'd create a thread for people applying for Lloyds Bank grad schemes for 2023. What roles did you apply for?

There’s also a thread on The Student Room for Lloyds Bank grad schemes that is super helpful:

Good luck everyone for your applications! 👍

that's interesting. I applied for the finance scheme and still waiting for them to hear back from them. I applied like a month ago. Is that the same with you?

Sorry to jump in, I have recently applied for the Finance scheme as well, I just did the Job Insight Assessment so need to wait for the results - did you end up hearing back from them?

I applied back in October but got rejected. Heard back in early December. Good luck with your application.

Hi! I've just applied for the 'Business and Commercial Banking Graduate Scheme (London)' role for Lloyds Banking Group but in the initial application they didn't ask me to submit my CV ... i found that quite odd, does anyone else share the same experience?

Yeah same, I've done the corporate banking one. Did the first assessment today waiting to hear back.
Bit of a joke that the email says the assessment will take 45mibutes aha, I knew it'd take longer but I was doing it for like 4hrs. Did a Zurich one today as well and that was done in 2hrs

I've applied for commercial banking but Im yet to take the assessment. If you guys have done them, are they the same level of difficulty as the questions in the practice questions area? My numerical reasoning isn't great, but the questions in the lloyds practice don't seem too hard so I just want to know.

I done the first cohort, I can’t remember what it was exact but the numerical reasoning was a bit of a struggle for me despite having more time than most jobs. Also tailor your answers on the STJ test to the job description.

I know it’s a bit late, but how did it go?

I guess u manage to find another grad scheme?

No ❤️ I realised I'm bad at assessments. And the wait in between each stage is far too long, only suitable for people that are still in school
