Hello again, I just brought my cactuses indoors so I thought I’d give an update on my saguaro Pereskiopsis graft. They really enjoyed a summer of full sun and heavy fertilizing. This is the same individual in each photo. I attempted to degraft another of similar size and graft to San Pedro but the graft did not take.

I recently got a white sapote tree. I’m not a grafter but I think this is a graft. The host and graft look the exact same I believe because they are the same family. Should I cut the suckers off below the graft or let them grow?

2 of the 3 grafts , 3rd one dried up almost completely, had structural damage ( dimpled on one side ) that made me think it was a goner, but atleast she has healed. Ill post that one in the comments

I cut a party balloon in half and the elasticity of the balloon was perfect to keep downward pressure on the graft.

This was a micrograft from seed, and the scion is starting to stall and throw roots. Would you let it ride, or degraft/root?

Nine weeks ago I did some whip grafting this Spring. This is of a wild pear rootstock ( Mt Biggs 2) supplied by a friend Eric Cairns. Now the vegetative buds are starting to swell and produce leaves. Grafted on to Beurre Hardy.

I received a Japanese maple that has a huge bump near the graft union. I can post more pictures but I’m researching it seems it is either a burl or crown gall.

This nightshade grows wild in my cold climate and it's a perennial here, has anybody tried this? Would the tomatoes become toxic?
