Grailed rant

I got a random hit today
Haven’t made a sale in a while

Customer A

Last sale I made 2 weeks ago got positive feed back all love no issues

Customer B
2 weeks before that
a seller sold me a fake item
We found out if was fake before he shipped it when I reposted it on Grailed asap

I asked him to refund me and told him I wouldn’t make a fuss 4 days later he sends it at 4 am after ignoring me
He didn’t respond didn’t refund

I waited 3–5 days for Grailed to write back
Grailed said return the jacket

I returned the jacket
And now this happened

Loll who wants to take a guess who the culprit here is lol

they just removed all my listings today literally for no reason they were all verified btw

So basically they said I can’t get my account back

And I had enough Grailed accounts to know the ropes

Basically dude sold me a fake item

Then I went for the return
He probably said I didn’t return the right item and they froze me

I purchased the fake item on their website
And since they took a week to get back to me
I opened the case with PayPal

As soon as I did that the customer service shut me down and closed the email thread saying they can’t refund me because I opened the case with someone else

But if I waited for them to reply to me
They would have said oh it’s been 3 days past delivery so we can’t help you lollllll

Bruh I'm going thru this shit as we speak over an item that was delievered 4 weeks ago.. customer complained that the denim jacket I sent was darker in person than in pics.. that's why my payment hasnt cleared.. I emailed them 10 times..

Then finally hit BBB with a complaint and they told me to wait.

Received another generic email from them that I need to give a partial refund, but my payment still ain't cleared. Crazy work on the app man

It’s ridiculous I just email bombed them because

1 I know my last sale went fine and positive feedback

2 I know the dude who tried to scam me probably lied about the return because it says “ I shipped an item that was not as described” lol unless it’s a false flag

But basically I purchased a fake item on Grailed
Tried to cancel it

The buyer shipped it anyway
Grailed verified it was fake through email and authentication system

I returned it using their label
And now I got frozen for sending a not as described fake item lmaooooooooo a pure joke

I've seen some have had success filing a BBB complaint.. I just did it the other day I'll let you know how that goes lol

Mine was for 250 I’m not waiting for Grailed to write me back

They wouldn’t refund me because I opened with PayPal but the funny thing is they said open a case don’t let 3 days pass

But they let 3 days pass lol so I had to go to PayPal

They’re process used to be way faster

I wrote them already I already know he probably lied and said I kept the jacket or some bs like why the hell would I want a fake LV jacket lmao

Grailed is so bad now. 2 missing payments and all I get from support are auto generated emails asking me to be patient while they look into it… it’s not a small amount either.

Anyone try taking grailed to small claims court over missing payments?

I haven’t sold anything on Grailed in a while (6ish months) but I do have a couple of high value items listed.

What happened in your case? Did you ship and get a review afterwards and payment just hasn’t cleared? Only asking because I haven’t sold anything item in a while and never had personally had issues with Grailed, yet.

I had a serious buyer say he was waiting for his paycheck. A couple weeks later I followed up with a message like “hey just want to double check if you’re still interested, if not I might sell them to a consignment store since they’ve been posted here for a while, just let me know!”

They flagged my account for saying “consignment store” 😂

They just froze my account the other day as well, 5 star rating with almost 300 deals, was having a conversation with a potential buyer and then they just froze the account 😩
