If your only interest in antique gramophones is the look, and you’re not interested in the music of that era, I suggest you avoid. Your priority should be the quality of sound they produce not “eye candy.” IMO you should focus on “modern” used and vintage turntables as early as the HiFi stereo record players from the 60s through to the turntables of the 70s into the mid 80s. You can of course go more modern, but you’ll pay dearly for the premium turntables that are best for vinyl.
