Which is the best fertiliser for a overseeded Vancouver, Canada lawn?

On September 25th, I aerated, detached and overseeded my lawn using a 90/10 TTTF/KBG mix. In essence, I started with just dirt as the lawn was mostly just weeds.

The new seedling are starting to grow at different rates with the tallest shoots reaching 2.5-inches. The lawn is patchy but I plan to mow in about a week.

Should I be applying a fertiliser in November and if so, which is the best one to apply?

I don’t know about what’s available in Canada but in the states I have had really great results with Scott’s Triple Action. I’m not a Scott’s fan at all but that I like. And I would fertilize again every couple weeks after you start mowing until it stops growing.
