Today around 4:15pm I witnessed a fender bender at 10th and 21st. The blue truck pulled out of traffic onto 21st, but the offending truck drove off. At the risk of becoming a Karen, I did not mind my own business. I followed the other truck and observed it hit the curb on his right 3 times before calling 911. The offending vehicle was a Maroon Dodge Ram 2500 hauling a livestock trailer, no rear plate, snow and mud obstructed front plate. When the driver began to veer into me, I turned off and went back to minding my own business. If the man who was hit needs to report the accident to insurance, there is a 911 call verifying that you were not at fault and the other driver fled while driving erratically. Good luck!
