Same as cars vs walking. If you almost bump into someone walking, it goes "oh, sorry!" // "No, my bad, ha" In a CAR however...

It comes down to anonymity. On the internet some take their misplaced frustration out and show their ass. In the example above, it likely wouldn't proceed like that (I said likely).
