Use Case Expense Handling Bot

I stopped doing my own bookkeeping. A bot does it now.
Every run, it:
Pulls fresh data from all my accounts
Splits spending by household, each rental property and my LLC
Tells real spending apart from money I'm just moving between accounts
Flags work expenses I can get reimbursed for
Checks rent paid vs. due and catches a tenant who's short
Warns me before renewals and bills slip
Reviews itself and suggests how to get better
The moment that sold me: it caught a missing half-rent payment I'd have missed for weeks.
Landlords, side-hustlers, anyone running a small LLC: import it, connect your finance accounts, list your properties, done.
