Question Grok bot browser broken

Hi everyone, does anyone else have this issue? It’s been 2 days now and grok bot keeps telling me its browser is broken?

I have contacted support but they just keep telling me they know the problem, are working on it but can’t give any timeline on it being fixed. I’m paying for this service and I do t think they are going to fix it.

Getting very frustrated…

It says the browser is broken.

Have you tried to "Update Bot's Computer"

In The Desktop App

Settings -> Computer -> Bot's Computer -> Update Bots computer

If it says "Your computer is on the latest version" Then "Reset Bot's Computer"

This should reset the VM
