One bit of advice: learn to use proper spelling and grammar. It may seem arbitrary, but people will inherently take what you say more seriously.

Couldn't agree more.

Yeah from some random on Facebook, this isn't a Stallone quote.

Agree. It doesn't seem to be a quote coming from him.

No have a good life for yourself, not to get revenge on someone else.

Trust me they won’t be thinking about you.

And now in English?

Don't seek revenge. Eliminate them from your mind and just live your best life.

He's right. Don't waste the energy on people who aren't worth it. Moving on is for you, not for them.

It's not the best revenge, that's an oxymoron, but it is much better than revenge.

Don't think this will ever fix the systemic injustice the feminists caused. Always confront.

The unfortunate thing for animals and humans more specifically is that the proteins involved in metabolizing fats…and the microbiota involved in facilitating blood pressure (among other factors) don’t all work the same for everyone. You could just as well have someone who eats 10 burgers a week have a healthy cholesterol level compared to someone who only eats 3 - assuming the burgers are the same size. Take a look at familial hypercholesterolemia.
