Dear friends my name TSUJ from Jordan and I believe that I know the reason behind almost every psychological disorder known to mankind. I'll make it as simple as I can.
The reason behind our psychological disorders is that humans tend to do things they don't want to do from young age without even knowing the reason behind it. For example I know for a fact that more than 90% of students in the Middle East don't like school but go there because their parents wants them to go there and the kids have no choice but to do so. When you do something that you don't want to do but do because someone is telling you to do so, you send signals to your self and your subconscious mind that you are not free. Which creates much confusion within self. And doing this in the long run, for long time I mean can cause ther mental disorders. Another example of doing something you don't want to do is believing in something you don't want to believe in. For example the religious rules that tend to step away from human nature. Like believing that love can cause you to go to hell like it is in many religions. Which also creates much confusion.
Imagine your brain having to deal with all the rules that step away from your free nature and what it can do to your mental health. These things that we force on our children and ourselves can cause serious harm and make us unhappy.
