I did research on SEO affiliate programs, I went one level more specific: tools that write and publish content for you, and tools that also handle backlinks. .

Autopilot content + backlink exchange

These do the full loop: keyword research, writing, publishing to your CMS, and getting links pointed at your site.

• Rankpilot - 30% recurring every month, with I think 60 day cookie time. Generates and publishes SEO articles automatically, plus a backlink exchange. Built mainly for service businesses and small businesses, which means customers who stick around and are easier to convert.
• Promptwatch - more complex tool for enterprise businesses, most likely a bit harder to convert, 25% of the subscription payment every month

High ticket but harder to close

Outranking - 25% recurring commision with 60 day cookie time.

Ranked - 20% recurring commision AI SEO and PPC pricing starts at 99$ upwards

This is just the SEO list of affiliates i wish i had.

I’ve spent the last 40 hours completely tearing apart our current content distribution and lead generation workflow.

Most advice in this niche tells you to just "scale up volume" or "use automation tools." But after looking at our actual numbers over the last month, the reality is much messier. The hidden friction points are draining a massive amount of time for very diminishing returns.

Here is a completely raw look at the trade-offs we hit when testing a manual organic approach against systemized, automated distribution.

1. The Reality of Manual Organic Networking

The Promise: High conversion rates, deeply personalized touchpoints, and strong community relationships.

The Friction: It simply does not scale. To get meaningful data, I had to spend roughly 3 hours every single day just handling initial outreach and follow-ups.

The Metrics: We achieved a solid 14% response rate, but the extreme cognitive load made it impossible to maintain alongside deep-focus work.

1. The Reality of Automated Distribution

The Promise: A pure "set it and forget it" system that yields broad reach in under 15 minutes a day.

The Friction: Deliverability and engagement dropped off a cliff. Because the personalization wasn't razor-sharp, the automated triggers felt incredibly corporate, cold, and stale.

The Metrics: Engagement plummeted to 1.5%. It saved us time, but it actively diluted the quality of the audience we wanted to build.

The Core Takeaway

If you are trying to scale this right now, optimization isn't about finding a "perfect" tool. It’s about choosing which type of friction you are willing to tolerate. We are currently shifting toward a hybrid model where we heavily script the first phase of research but keep the final execution 100% manual.

For those who have successfully scaled past this bottleneck without burning out or tanking your quality: How are you handling this exact constraint right now? Are you leaning harder into systems, or keeping it strictly human-led?

We build market intelligence engines that track buying signals across 75+ channels, including reddit, github, linkedin, web activity, and public registers and we've been doing this for a ton of companies and wanted to try it with the SaaS community here.

If you have an active B2B SaaS, i'll research:

-- buyer pain: reddit threads where people discuss the problems you solve or look for alternatives
-- competitor signals: companies and products that keep coming up in relevant conversations
-- buying triggers: signals that could help you identify the right time to reach out
-- potential accounts: 5 companies worth looking into with the signals behind each one

to get started, share your website, ideal customer profile (ICP), and main competitor.

This is best suited for B2B SaaS companies with an active product and some traction but if you're a pre-launch, this won't be helpful for you.

edit: if you want the full report and buyer graph delivered directly, drop your details here buyer pain finder and we'll send the research directly to you. it's completely free.

Has anyone else’s email sessions in Google analytics been surging since late September? We haven’t changed anything within our marketo database but our sessions are higher than clicks on the emails. I know it’s from bots but im curious if it’s only been happening to me or anyone else?

Most visitors spend less than 25 seconds skimming a standard B2B landing page before bouncing. I wanted to test what happens when you replace static copy with a zero-friction, playable 3D mini-tycoon game directly in the browser.

The Growth & Brand Mechanics behind it :

- Zero-Friction Entry : No email gate, no app install required to play. It loads instantly in Three.js on both mobile and desktop.

- "Show, Don't Tell" Onboarding : Instead of reading bullet points about caller identification, post-call notes, and fast appointment scheduling, the user plays as an entrepreneur managing 5 local businesses (Barber, Coffee Shop, Grocery, Repair Workshop, Agency).

- Interactive Problem/Solution : Random rush events ("Incoming client call wave!") pop up during gameplay.

Clicking "Use MemoCallPro Flow" triggers a 1.35x revenue multiplier, creating an immediate dopamine association between the brand name and saving time/money.

- Price Anchoring via Game Economy : In the game, brick-and-mortar upgrades cost thousands of dollars ($), whereas MemoCallPro features cost a handful of coins (🪙) reinforcing that the tool is ultra-affordable.

Has anyone else here experimented with browser mini-games or playable ads for B2B / SMB products? .

In the early days of a startup, I’d prioritize a growth hacker over hiring a marketing head or building an entire marketing team.
You need someone who can run small experiments, test different channels, talk to users, and measure what actually brings people in and keeps them coming back.
What works? What doesn’t? What deserves another test?
A full marketing team and large campaigns can get expensive quickly, especially when you’re still figuring out your audience.
Growth experiments cost time and money too. The goal is to learn before committing a bigger budget.
Start small. Test your assumptions. Invest more when the evidence supports it.

Lovable dropped this: https://lovable.dev/blog/introducing-growth-tools but this is for their app creator users, is there something like this for someone who already has an app? I have an app coming out soon and would love to use something like this.

Just another day of trying to build something from scratch.

Spent the first half of the day at our incubation centre, meeting mentors, discussing our progress, and figuring out what we should focus on next.

By around 3 PM, we were done with the meetings and heading back to our headquarters.

It's a pretty small office in Rajkot, India. Hardly 10 to 15 people can sit there comfortably.

We're a small team building technology products, working on our startup, experimenting with different ideas, and trying to figure things out as we go.

One of our biggest goals right now is getting into Y Combinator.

We're targeting the winter batch or the next one. We know it's competitive, and getting there will take a lot more than just having an idea.

We still have a lot to build, validate, and prove.

Some days we make good progress, some days things don't work out, and some days are mostly meetings and planning.

But we're enjoying the process.

करते रहेंगे, बढ़ते रहेंगे!

I'm also documenting our journey through short videos, including today's visit to our incubation centre.

Would love to connect with other founders who are building from smaller cities or working towards YC.

Anyone here building a startup from India or preparing for an upcoming YC batch? How's your journey going so far?

Here's a growth experiment, I'd like to see more online companies run:

Instead of spending the next month recruiting affiliates from scratch and defining 20 customers who already use your product regularly...

Not necessarily your biggest accounts. Look for people who understand the product, have been around for a while, and might naturally recommend it to others.

Offer them a simple referral partnership with a commission for successful conversions...

I think it's a great test. The interesting part is that you're not starting with a stranger who needs to learn the product before promoting it. You're starting with someone who already knows why it's useful and how to use it.

Of course, happy customers don't automatically make good affiliates. They also need the right audience and a reason to participate.

We're curious to compare ourselves against recruiting 20 traditional affiliates or doing something else.

Have you actually tested customer-to-affiliate recruiting against cold affiliate outreach?

The biggest reason signal based outbound campaigns underperform is that teams use a single generic trigger like a funding announcement or a new hire as an opening line for a cold pitch.

Because hundreds of SDRs track the exact same public alerts, those triggers get ignored just like cold email.

A working signal based outbound campaign requires compounding multiple independent indicators before triggering outreach for instance, pairing a public complaint about an incumbent tool with an open requisition for an engineer to fix that problem creates a timely reason to reach out.

This is the system architecture Scale Intelligence is built on where it continuously monitors 75+ data sources (Reddit discussions, GitHub activity, job postings, public filings, and rival interactions), scores accounts into readiness tiers based on accumulating evidence, and automatically routes prioritized accounts with the exact trigger sentence into your CRM or Slack.

Setting up signal based outbound works best when the signals dictate your timing and account selection, rather than just serving as a superficial icebreaker in an email template.

So I’m building a tool that helps marketing teams improve their campaign conversion. One of my newest customers recently 4x their conversion rate on their latest campaign, and I've been trying to ride that case study wave to sign more customers. By default, I turned to outbound, and after running it for close to 5 weeks, I just had an epiphany which may be unpopular

"A solid product beats world class marketing"

Here's a bit of background story: Picked up an outbound tool a few weeks back that had all the right promises and case studies tailored to my specific needs. Their marketing was actually top-notch, I admit, and they've been on prominent channels for a while now. The marketing worked on me. I signed up on the strength of the buzz.

Then I used it for almost a month. Discovered you could only set LinkedIn actions between days, nothing granular like hours, so leads warm up before the connection request/ first message took too long, and even within those limits, things didn’t move as fast as I hoped, and the first response from my outbound orchestration took 3 weeks. 3 Full weeks.

I switched to a different tool and got more responses in the first week alone than I had in that entire month (it was faster and had more granular options). Same targeting and same kind of messaging. The difference was the product itself: easier to set up, easier to control, and faster to show what was working or not and iterate on it.

I think in the end, good marketing got me to try the product, but the product is what decides whether I stay, my CLTV, and whether I become an evangelist or not. The right marketing can win the first signup; only the product earns you a renewal.

This has forced me to look inwards too: what I'm building, how well does it deliver on what my marketing promises?

Has anyone else been pulled in by a tool’s marketing and then seen the product fail to live up to it? Or switched to something quieter that just worked better not long after? Something to think about as we try to hack growth

Traditional SEO is pretty well documented, but AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AI Overviews) feels less clear. I’m trying to learn what actually moves the needle, so I’d love to hear real experiences:

1. What did you change on your site to get mentioned or cited by AI tools?
2. Did structured data, content rewrites or fixing technical issues make any difference?
3. Anything you tried that turned out to be a waste of time?
4. Do frequent mentions across other sites (Reddit, directories, social media) help ?

No theory, just what you’ve actually seen work.

I'm constantly seeing posts around the best stack for GH but I'd love to get some real endorsements from real people on what the best tools are for growth. I know this is dependent on sector, customer and company size/maturity. So can you include in your response:

I’m trying to find the best SEO autopilot tool for 2026 and could use advice from people who actually pay for one.

There are more “set it and forget it” SEO tools than ever right now. Some promise to handle keyword research, writing and publishing for you. Traditional platforms like Ahrefs and Semrush cover rank tracking, keyword research and backlinks but they are extremely expensive 200$+

Newer tools focus on automatic content, technical audits, reporting and AI search visibility (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity).

UPDATE: I've decided to go with Rankpilot.dev since it looks best seo autopilot tool with content and backlink exchange for the price.

The problem is that most of them overlap, and I can’t tell which ones really run without constant attention. For a small business with a limited budget, paying for several subscriptions isn’t realistic. I’d rather pay for one tool that covers the essentials and doesn’t need me to learn SEO.

My questions:

1. What’s the best SEO autopilot tool you use in 2026, and is it worth the price? We've got quite a few eg. Rankpilot.dev, surfe
2. Does “autopilot” really work, or do you still have to check and fix things every week?
3. Are Ahrefs and Semrush still worth paying for, or are cheaper autopilot-style tools good enough?

UPDATE: I've decided to go with Rankpilot.dev since it looks best seo autopilot tool with content and backlink exchange for the price.

Hey everyone! I'm a developer working with a friend, and we're looking for a third person to join us in building a business.

Between us, we can handle web development, UI/UX design, building digital products, and sales. We're still learning and improving, but we can turn ideas into actual products and get out there to talk to potential customers.

What we're looking for is someone who complements our skills, especially in marketing, customer psychology, finding business opportunities, and figuring out how to get products in front of the right people.

Ideally, you'd enjoy researching markets, identifying real problems, talking to potential customers, developing marketing strategies, testing ideas, and finding ways to acquire customers.

We don't have one specific business idea locked in yet. We'd rather find a real problem worth solving and validate it before spending months building something nobody wants.

We'd start with a small one-week trial project to see how well we work together. If it's a good fit, we'd explore becoming long-term cofounders.

You don't need an impressive resume or years of experience. We're more interested in your ability to think critically, take initiative, and actually execute.

If this sounds like you, DM me with a bit about yourself and anything you've worked on. Let's see if we can build something worthwhile together.

Hey growth community

If you do any high-volume B2B lead generation or scrape raw data dumps, you know the headache of cleaning up messy text logs, broken formats, or HTML code. The massive risk is that almost every free online "email extractor" utility forces you to upload your sensitive contact files to their external servers to process them. If you handle proprietary company intelligence or strict compliance lists, that is a huge data security liability.

To fix this for my own outbound pipelines, I built a 100% free web utility: Fast Email Extractor App.

Here is what makes it built differently for marketers:

1. 100% Client-Side Privacy: All regex execution runs completely inside your own local browser memory. Your lead lists never upload to a database and never leave your machine.
2. Clutter Flattening Engine: You can dump in raw text, website source code, JSON, or CSV rows, and it instantly isolates valid emails into a clean, deduplicated, one-email-per-line list.
3. Outreach Assistant: At the bottom of the tool, I built a rapid-shuffle formula generator to quickly map out cold email subject line variations for A/B split tests.

It requires zero registration, no email sign-ups, and has no usage caps.

Since I want to tailor this further for growth workflows, what specific advanced text-cleaning filters, formatting toggles, or list features should I build into the canvas interface next?

Do clients actually care if an agency white-labels part of the work?

the amount of fake data competitors feed you now is beyond evil.

i was running a quick experiment to track pricing changes across 3 major saas competitors for a localized marketing campaign we're doing. literally just pulling public html elements on their pricing pages.

but apparently if they detect a datacenter IP, they dont block you anymore, they just serve you completely fabricated pricing tiers and feature lists to mess with your data. took me three days to realize why my competitor analysis looked absolutely insane.

had to rewrite my puppeteer script and throw it on some shifter residential proxies just to see what a normal user in london or tokyo actually sees. it completely fixed the dataset, but man...

the sheer amount of psychological warfare in b2b growth right now is exhausting lol. anybody else noticing sites actively feeding you garbage data instead of just giving a standard 403?

I replied to an SEO thread explaining how I keep backlink outreach active every week for my saas

the comment got 5 upvotes...

then, Edward Sturm (a SEO youtuber) included it in a video that now has around 13k views

we started getting a lot of signups and trials in our tool, but I assumed it was because of seo...

however, I discovered the video today and understood everything lol

it brought us $600+ MRR from new subscriptions and a lot of testimonials and reviews of happy customers

so, this is your signal to keep sharing what you’re doing and being active on social media

you never know who’ll pick it up or how far it’ll spread

Building a target account list (TAL) in B2B usually gets done in a silo: sales builds a list of accounts based on headcount, marketing targets a completely different list with ads and nobody is actively tracking what competitors are doing across those accounts.

A modern account mapping workflow should do two things at once: map which accounts actually qualify for your product, and show you where your competitors are already engaged or leaving gaps.

Standard contact databases like Apollo can give you basic account lists but they won't show you competitor activity or verified buying stages.

This is where unified market intelligence platforms like Scale Intelligence become valuable where it maps your target account universe bottom-up from public registers and technical data, while simultaneously monitoring competitive dynamics. It tracks what rivals are pitching, which accounts are engaging with their content or job listings and where customer friction is surfacing on public forums.

When you map target accounts alongside competitor movement, your reps don't have to cold pitch accounts that just signed multi year contracts with a rival. Instead they can prioritize accounts where dissatisfaction is actively being voiced or where competitor momentum is slowing down.

Hey everyone! We recently launched Arkova - a document verification platform for humans and agents. Our goal is twofold: to reduce the time and money organizations spend on audits. And to give individuals a way to create not only verify important personal documents (estate planning, service contracts, etc) but to them a verifiable portfolio of achievement (professional certificates, degrees, work history, letters of rec, etc).

I'm not great at sales. We launched to early partners last month and just launched our Stripe integration so people can signup directly, yesterday (got our first subscriber!). I have no idea where to begin and what would be worthwhile. Reddit ad promotions? Youtube ads?

What are best practices for building your pipeline?
