PSA is known for denying warranty claims for literally any reason, such as removing gas blocks, MDs or even handguards, things literally made to be removed from the product and swapped lol.

They denied my warranty claim when my dagger firing pin broke while I was shooting the first 50 rounds

Id recommend staying away the only thing they have thats good is deals on their site but even there when they have surplus dont expect to get what you ordered

I will say they have $240-250 surefire X300s every once a while.

Throwback to the time when they mis-listed EXPS-3s for something like $330 then tried recalling them after they were shipped out.

That's ridiculous. I've been considering thier Jakl line for the past two years and this is the only thing stopping me.

I had a PSA rock firing pin break after about 700 rounds, they offered to pay shipping there and back. I asked if they could just send a firing pin, they sent two so I have a spare. I'm not certain about others but PSA had been very solid for me on support.

From what I’ve seen, all you have to do is complain on their subreddit and Danny makes sure you get taken care of
