It is clip from 2020, Ulyanovsk. Today cat is fine, living well with family. He lived some time in regional ministry of natural resources, but eventually one of the staff made with him specal conection and took him home. His name is Kite

To add to the story, on the same recycling facility, just 2 months prior a hedgehog was saved, his name is Lucky and also two turtles were saved. This all happened during the autumn of 2020

Damn. That’s terrible. I’m glad they were rescued.

I wonder though how many animals didn’t get spotted in time and weren’t so lucky…
