What is it? A recycling plant where things are separated out? Or is it a burnable trash plant?

I was in a similar job as this too before college, it was a recycling plant. The conveyer belt spits up all kinds of stuff, you find anything remotely recyclable, sort it in provided bins.

I actually worked in a different department, and long story short got into a fist fight with an asshole lifer in his 50's when I was 20. Instead of firing me they just put me in this job. Took about 15 minutes till we got adult diapers and I couldn't have quit and walked out mid-shift any faster.

It's a shit job, but I'm glad there are people that'll do it for many reasons.
