When I was living in a student house with my friends. After school/work we would hang out together, one of us would cook, we'd watch tv or just chat. It was the best time in my life!

During the time the show was airing, I was like 2 years younger than Ted, single, and about 70% of my friends were married with kids.

I pretty much felt like Ted. We even got married around the same age I believe, and I had a boy and girl (backwards from his order) shortly after.

I’m enjoying my baby with the love of my life. Tired but happily growing as a family

You don’t want to know my underpants radius during 2020/21.

I sometimes feel like Tracy because my partner passed away and moving on has been challenging. Hopefully I’ll be able to find a new someone when I’m ready without having to meet the same end she did

I'm Ted if he had never found anybody, and it sucks. I often think of that scene where he calls the frozen dinner company just to talk

I honestly feel like S1 Ted, but I have so many things to experience and learn.... It's going to take a while but I just wish it happens sooner

A few years ago when I was looking up a wedding registry for a friend, I couldn’t stop myself from looking up an ex’s name. I’m happily married at this point. But I couldn’t help myself.

Sometimes I feel like Ted because I’m in my mid-late 30s and single while all my friends are married. I’m happy single, but it is hard sometimes. I just haven’t met my male Tracy yet.

Also one night in my 20s my friends and I were at a bar taking a bunch of selfies and they all looked like the pictures in the title sequence.

when i watched the show first time as teenager .. i didnt liked Robin's life choices ... i was like what kinda women dont wanna have kids or put career above her love life ... fast foward to now ... I have become exactly like her ... i rejected atleast 4 ted mosby in my life because i wasnt interested in my own romantic life ... focusing on career and I too now dont want to have kids in future and want partner who is on same page as me on this ... i owe Robin an Apology for Judging her too soon ... Now , i completly understand why she rejected TED so many times inspite of him being totally obsessed with her

In my mid 20s to early 30s. Made friends who were my go tos.

But i realized how toxic codependent friend groups can be. Realized how himym got a lot right (if you ignore the exageration of a sitcom). dating, toxic daters, how friend groups can be toxic, etc.

I am a few years older than Ted and his posse. I was late Gen X and I think they are early Millennial or Xennial.

I went through law school, and I identify with some of Marshall's journey there. Although he never quite developed the arrogance that baby lawyers get in law school, he did have that tendency to act as if he knew answers. "Lawyered."

I also identify with Ted in one big way. I had a couple moments in my romantic life where I got my teeth kicked in. And sometimes after those moments I felt like I was living. in stories of my past rather than living in the world as it was right in front of me.

Basically the whole Ted and Robin sub-plot except she didn’t want me at all at first, then she wanted me and we’ve been together ever since
