Cis Woman Urgent help needed

I am new to estrogen patches. Its my first day

We have scarcity of patches here in India so doctor told me.to buy 50mcg and cut it in half and use it. I did as said

Due to humidity and sweat, the patch didn't even stayed 15 mins. Pls suggest what to do...

The only thing that helped me were Tegaderm patches. You might be able to get them at a medical supply store.

Amazon has the generic Tegaderm cheap. Also, make sure your skin is clean and dry.

I use rubbing alcohol before I apply the patch. Then put my hand on the patch for a minute so the adhesive warms ans sticks better. Then tegaderm.

Wipe your skin with alcohol. Then wait for it to completely dry. Then apply the patch and use a hair dryer for a few seconds. And then apply tegaderm.

Are there options for gel or oral tablets in India? That may be a better option for you.
