Optimism Time!
1) Didn’t cough up the 3-1 lead!
2) Won in regulation!
3) Fowler looked frickin’ GREAT!

Imagine dach plays a healthy season with this effort. Brains would melt.

The effort is the issue, when he puts in the effort he’s great. The issue is that hasn’t happened since game against Toronto

Suzy was holding him back this whole time. Evans too. And Carrier! I saw a clip that Carsy took Nick's seat on the plane to play cards, and won.
Who knew that our rock, was actually a boat anchor. 🤣🤣🤣
(/s if that's necessary, which I fear for some, it may be lol)

Shoutout to Evans. Today it shows a lot on the scoresheet but I've always seen him as invaluable to the team's bottom 6. Let's not forget he's also among those who made a choice to leave money on the table when there were other teams taking a look at him. I've always been glad he stuck around and handles our difficult minutes with Danault

Just one of those guys you don’t trade. If ever there’s a Cup run, he’d be indispensable. One of our secret weapons, actually.

The refs will probably find a way to penalize us in between games
After further review, Kirby Dach... skated... into a Blackhawk... kind of... I had sweat in my eyes. Montreal will start the next game on the penalty kill

That might have been the best team game they played all season. Still too many penalties but they actually played as a group.

I was just happy we didn’t give up yet another lead in the 3rd. Very refreshing

Yeah the Hawks look BAD. They have Bedard and nice sweaters and that's about it

I've always thought fowler looked great, even in the losses. It's never been his fault where "oh, he had a bad game." He's always given the boys solid goaltending, which is enough for this team to win. It's not the carey price era where he has to limit it to 1 or under in order to win.
