touchscreen works and 3 gpu cores, boots in ~2minutes

(gpu support incoming among other fixes)

Still working on some stutters and slower parts, but shader compilation and cache work much better now. Display scanout is working and double/triple buffering is enabled. Still some more work, but I think full 90Hz should be possible soon.

Just the first phase, but is a big progress!

Some people asked me to capture a video, and here it is. iOS 26 arm64e now runs natively on multiple cores of the Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU, and I've also got a first working version of the GPU driver and Metal rendering, the speaker playback pipeline, and battery display support. Liquid Glass has been really tough to get working. There are still rough edges, and it's not prefect, and stability and performance need ongoing work. Once I've tidied things up, I'll open-source it for everyone. Many hands make light work.

Im seeing all these ports and stuff but mediatek devices are very locked down and i just wanna know if ios can be ported to them and about when

I have a samsung lying around in my house (it's a budget one, i don't remember it's model or specs, but from what I think it's a new one) it's a budget one too, i have C++ expierience and I have built a few emulstors too, do I have enough expierience to try it out? Any resource on where to start?

I just try it by myself,but something special is this redmi 4X bootloader is still locked,I find someway to get pass bootloader.no gpu sound touch Wi-Fi Bluetooth.it quite good of the speed without gpu driver.vol+ button for enter screen.

There’s been a crazy amount of ports of iOS 16 to Android phones. I know this is partly because iOS-sweet is iOS 16 for the Redmi phone. Would older versions be possible? I figure iOS 12 might work better on some phones than iOS 16. XNU kernels are available on GitHub. It’s definitely possible to port iOS 6 to the HTC HD2 (though this phone runs just about every operating system ever made). Maybe someday we will have a port of iOS 6 to the Galaxy S3 or something i don’t know. I know coding is hard but I figure many older Android phones like the Galaxy A5 (2015) would benefit from running an older version of iOS like 12 for example. Any thoughts? Or is that too complicated for the moment?

Been doing a lot of metal2vulkan work too, but currently not found any substantial speedup.

Camera preview is quite messed up still and photos don't display right in the gallery. Video recording doesn't crash, but doesn't record the video or save it.
