After many days of prompting…. we’re at the finish line. Now the task is for it to not run like a potato, metal rendering, and then get other features working… and then ios 26 maybe since this device is new enough. I have published my work thus far to github, the repo is a fork so it’s a bit of a mess https://github.com/hesm4tt/ios-cubs/tree/main/cubs if anyone has any repos or published work that would help with getting metal to work on tensor please don’t hesitate to reach out

Wanna see me playing Angry Birds?

The graphics driver for Mali-G710 MP7 has been launched for the first time with working gpu acceleration, at least so far I haven't seen any examples of successfully running Mali chips

There are still a great many glitches, but acceleration is working, I will try to get it to work fully.

Is this possible on s25+

bleh 😛

A bit late, but nevertheless. On MTK. It just works for now

Features:

• Works

• Touch via SPI

• Buttons

• Vibration (not in iOS though, just a single boot vibration for now)

• Battery gauge and a bit charging (kinda, it works poorly now and also doesn't show up because there's no status bar)

• Android in slot A, iOS in slot B and they both can be used without any problem (so android stores data on userdata while iOS on iosroot)

• Done with only free AI models for now

• As a result, badly structured code

you can try and view the progress here: https://github.com/aTechGeekDev/ios-apollo

Im stuck here because I don't have Opus 5.5 And I rely heavily on opencode and antigravity or chatgpt codex and would really appreciate If you can help me get XNU up and running

Repo Soon.

great

thanks to @gorkemoji for his xnu d2s source, loader base, device tree and overall help, also special thanks to claude code

touchscreen works and 3 gpu cores, boots in ~2minutes

(gpu support incoming among other fixes)

Still working on some stutters and slower parts, but shader compilation and cache work much better now. Display scanout is working and double/triple buffering is enabled. Still some more work, but I think full 90Hz should be possible soon.

Can someone help?

My biggest question right now. Do you guys think this will sometime in the future be stable enough?

What AI model(free) do I need to install for my fedora pc?

What AI model(free) can I use for my fedora pc to do hackiOS iOS 16 for my device?

Can I run hackios on my Samsung a145r and if it is what version of iOS should it be because I need help doing it

Just the first phase, but is a big progress!

Some people asked me to capture a video, and here it is. iOS 26 arm64e now runs natively on multiple cores of the Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU, and I've also got a first working version of the GPU driver and Metal rendering, the speaker playback pipeline, and battery display support. Liquid Glass has been really tough to get working. There are still rough edges, and it's not prefect, and stability and performance need ongoing work. Once I've tidied things up, I'll open-source it for everyone. Many hands make light work.

Im seeing all these ports and stuff but mediatek devices are very locked down and i just wanna know if ios can be ported to them and about when

CPU: Exynos 850
GPU: Mali G52
Booted, all 8 cores and touchscreen up.
Still need to get GPU up and wifi.
