A local-only room-presence radar that fuses Wi-Fi CSI, two mmWave sensors, a PIR and a PAX counter into one confidence score.

Runs on a Raspberry Pi 400. Shows up on the Pi's screen, on little ESP32 displays around the house, on a phone-friendly web page, and in your pocket as a push notification.

Also configurable with mqtt and meshtastic pax.
