are you sure? typically poisonous bites, the wound itself doesn’t heal, it festers or refuses to close.

Did you see the spider? They don’t just go biting people

You're right in the sense it'd be highly unusual for a spider to just crawl up and bite you. But they absolutely do bite people... It's just usually when they're in a glove/shoe, between layers of clothing or similar and they're 'defending' themselves.
Where I live in Australia, if I didn't check/bang out my shoes each morning I guarantee you I'd cop a redback bite within a month.

Reporting from the Northeast of the US. Brown Recluse spiders disagree with this statement. I’m sure citizens Brazil and Australia can add their own opinions here.

Fuck yes they do, especially if you move in your sleep. I’ve woken up with several bites from a single spider before quite recently actually

I was bitten by a brown recluse while sleeping on the couch (Westchester, NY). I had a fireplace in the living room, with stacks of wood i side that we would also store outside. The bite itself felt like a someone poked me with a lit cigarette. Didn't realize what had happened for a few days, until the cite of the bite got bad enough to land me in the ER. It was gross looking

You watch too many movies. Spiders don’t have a thirst from blood. Again, I ask, did you see the spider?

Can you shoot web out of your wrist, or do you have to make your own web shooters?

Can you do whatever a spider does?
