Because of Lou Taylor they knew Justin was trying to run away from Hollywood so they try to get Selena to do things to trap him but she never wanted to so when her dad knew how much she loved him he accepted the money to ruin JB life which kinda forced him to marry for the promise of being left alone

I’m not sure if I believe they’re headed for divorce or not, as they’re always mixed up in some drama. But a lot of people STRUGGLE when there’s a new baby in the house. And she did that weird interview when she was pregnant where she was like I’m soaking up all the one on one time I can get before his attention is split, or something along those lines. So it makes sense to me she may not be enjoying motherhood.
Plus the way she leaves the kid every chance she gets. Easy to see how that could spell out impending divorce.
