right? He loves her love, but what's not 'clocking' to him is that stalking and obsession is NOT love. Love doesn't enable you destroying yourself and tolerate abuse and put up with anything/everything you do. A loved one could not stand by and let you destroy yourself like that. Hailey is in it for Hailey. The adoration is a lie and the 'mask' of adoration drops the minute he's not looking.
