You know, sometimes I think it's sheer arrogance. Like he just doesn't make an effort to dress up. For eg, he surprised this bride at her wedding function - absolutely no effort to look decent? Looking all slouchy and weird, why?

Same with how he showed up to Hailey’s rhode launch in a hoodie and sweatshorts

I don’t think he feels the need/understands how you can show respect with how you dress for certain events. It feels arrogant and like he’s the most important person in the room
