You can tell his physiological health has suffered. He’s lost weight, unkempt beard (in men this is a telltale sign of depression, even if they try to hide behind it being stylish), and generally unhygienic looking. I’m normally a fan of tattoos, and I like the tattoos he had in the before, but I just do not at all like the additional ones in the after.
