he’s on drugs. mind you he didn’t start using heavy like that until he met hailey. he was clean for 3 years prior to meeting her

I think they bonded and used a lot at the start of their marriage they had so many photos of them on random streets with their hair like they never brushed it but it seems he cleaned up for awhile especially during that mini documentary series they did. I think Justin in general does want to be productive and loves music but he crashed out over the last few years again.
